Ordering
Little Light House products can be ordered via our online shopping cart system where all your details will be kept private and confidential. If you do not wish to order online, we are happy to accept orders via telephone, fax, email or regular mail. See our Contact Details for further information.
Payment can be made by using either of the secure payment gateways Paymate or Paypal where customers can pay via credit card, or funds transfer. You may also pay by cheque, or money order, or by internet banking/EFT into our nominated bank account. After placing your order you will be provided with our bank account details in order to make your payment.
Products will not be dispatched until payment is received, and or, funds cleared.
Delivery
Little Light House uses either select couriers or Australia Post registered mail to deliver parcels throughout Australia. These are the most economical delivery methods, and ensure fast, safe handling with all orders fully traceable.
Delivery costs differ depending on the size of the carton required. Delivery costs are determined by the cubic size of the box.
Shipping costs throughout Australia for retail orders are as follows :-
- One lampshade only (no base) is $10.00
- One lampshade with one base is $15.00
- Two lampshades only (no bases) is $15.00
- One lamp base only is $15.00
- All other orders cost $20.00
- One ceiling shade costs $25.00.
Lampshades are packaged in cardboard cartons, with protective fill around them. Every attempt is made to transport the lampshades without incident.
Please do not sign for a delivery if the box arrives damaged in any way. Signing for a delivery means you have received the item in good order and condition, and nullifies our possible insurance claim. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged.
